This is a great product! I have a 2004 Touareg with CD Navigation head unit. When I first hooked this up exactly as the video states. I found I was running into some issues with no sound. I emailed and within 24 hours Maurizio emailed me back with the solution to the problem. Which is to not hook the stock blue harness into the kit patch harness. Problem solved and enjoying my ipod after a year of listening only to the radio.
My only problem and complaint with this product is that it should be priced around 75 dollars. 145 dollars seems a bit high for a couple of cables and a circuit board in a black box.

“Fabulous product, I have it in both my Touareg and my Jetta. I use the iPHONE jack and the sound is great – MUCH better than from the headphone jack. I installation video was totally helpful, I doubt I could have done it without that. It took me about 2 hours start to finish in the Jetta, less in the Toureg because the radio removal is easier in the latter.”

“I have a 2008 VW Touareg without the navigation system so, in turn, no auxiliary port. I had been using an FM transmitter and was constantly frustrated with the scratchiness of the sound quality. Needless to say I went searching for a better alternative. My first thought was to go to the dealership and find out if they had any iPod/iPhone integration options available. Without the navigation system, the only real option is to install Bluetooth and that was upwards of $500 USD. A lot of audio specialty stores around here offered an FM modulator and that was around $250 plus labor.
I decided to search online for a better alternative and came across GTA Car Kits on Youtube. They were installing one of their kits on a 2006 VW Touareg and it looked simple enough. I was skeptical at first because the kit costs a little over $100 USD and the installation looked too simple. The kits are fully refundable up to 60 days so I decided to buy one.
I could not be more satisfied with the purchase, and would recommend GTA Car Kits to anyone with the same problem.”

“I have got to hand it to you guys, you are simply amazing. My 2005 VW TReg was so much fun with your car kit, I just enjoyed my drive from Detroit to Philly and back.
Thanks guys. You made it happen.”

“Found your product via web search. I already had FM transimitter and aftermarket line-in installed for my car, but I wasn’t happy about their quality, and using GTA car kit I get CD quality sound from my iPhone and get it charged at the same time.
Received the kit in about a week, meets my expectation.
Installation took about 15 minutes. It is a pleasant surprise that GTA car kit comes with the tool needed to take my stereo out, my previous car linein kit from another store didn’t and I had to order them. The installation video is super helpful and straightforward. The video is one of the key reasons I decided to order GTA car kit.
iPhone 4S is used with GTA car kit. I run the cable through a small vent at the bottom of the glove box to the cup holder area. I really like the integration with stereo buttons.
I use GTA Car Kit everyday with my iPhone. Good product and service, will definite recommend.”
