I purchased the Pure Bluetooth version of the car kit for my 2006 Mazda 6 and have used it nearly every day for the past 2 years and it has been very reliable.
It seemed a little expensive to me at first, but this adds bluetooth capability to the stock radio and keeps the interior of the car looking nice and clean. And this works with the steering wheel controls which I would have lost if I had gone with an aftermarket stereo. I also appreciate the usb port that is included in the kit which allows me to charge my phone easily from there and hide the charging cable in my armrest instead of having to charge from the cigarette lighter.
Overall I would give it a 10/10 if you are ok with the price.

I found GTA Car Kits through youtube, as I was endlessly searching for a way to install bluetooth into my car without changing the radio’s main control panel.
Thanks to the helpful videos on your youtube channel installation was very simple. What probably would’ve taken me an hour only took me roughly ten minutes.
Once the installation was done, hooking up my iPhone to the bluetooth was a synch.
The overall quality of the product is by far a 10/10 and I have already recommended my friends to check out GTA Car Kits knowing this is a brand that I can trust.
There were no negative effects from this item and I am overjoyed with how perfect it came out.

Ordered on tuesday, delivered friday.
Videos were a perfect guide, as UK I just needed to swap the left/right side on the details.
I had an extra step on my TS2, as it has a light in the cigratte tray so had to unscrew that with a cross head driver (bulb won’t disconnect so had to take the holder out).
I also ran the power and aux cable up to behind the top glove box as I have a samusung tablet in there for audio, maps and obd displays which runs fine off the 1amp feed on the usb.
Before fitting this I used to have a ground loop adapter on the audio aux connection as there was a whine from the engine when in AUX mode – I was surprised to find that I didn’t need it anymore on the audio cable so have left it out of the fit.
Overall – excellent delivery time, easy to fit for beginners or more advanced people and just works, no more distracting bad audio on calls as they are crystal clear and no feedback either from some systems.
Will highly recommend to anyone that asks for this type of equipment in future.

Bought the Pure Bluetooth for my Mazda Atenza and thanks to the video, it took me 10 mins to install. Easy installation and works a treat in my Mazda. Thanks GTA!

That is great, now my car can talk to me with my wife’s voice ;).
Excellent, when i bought Mazda 6, the one thing was missing, there was no option to connect via AUX to Bose Sound System. The only possibility was to buy for around 5 000,00 SEK a module to radio system. Now i got much more much cheaper – for around 1 500,00 SEK i got not only AUX but Bluetooth – so handsfree calls, navigation via smartphone, internet radio, what ever i want. Quick shipping is also important to say about, specially just before Christmas. Thanks for perfect present.

Mazdaspeed6, works great, good sound.
In case anyone else has one you don’t have to pull off the HVAC knobs, its just two screws and a bolt.

I have made 3 different orders with GTA Car kits, and all 3 products have been incredible and very easy to install.
I originally purchased the kit for my Mazda 6, and then purchased the bluetooth extension. I am so happy that I made the decision to do so, as the bluetooth quality is phenomenal.
I also purchased a kit for my RX-8, although it was a bit more complicated undo the dash, the how-to video was perfect.
Thank you very much to Mauro and the guys at GTA, keep up the amazing work.

Package arrived really fast. The installation video was really helpful so it took me about 30 minutes to get the bluetooth kit installed. After installation I checked everything and it worked fine but after some minutes the bluetooth connection started to get bad, until the moment connection dropped completely.
I sent an e-mail to GTA Carkits and got immediate reply with some help. After a few failed attempts to get the problem solved I coincidently solved the problem by not connecting the power cable into my iPhone 6 plus. I removed the cable from the kit and just put it in a regular cigarette lighter adapter. This works just fine.
In the FAQ section I saw that devices such as an iPad takes too much power from the kit, and this most likely counts for iPhone 6 plus as well.
So with this problem being solved quite quick I now enjoy the benefits of the carkit and just charge my phone with a € 3,- cigarette lighter adapter. No problem with me! The kit and service & support by GTA car kits is great!

Just got the Pure Bluetooth installed on my Mazda 6, 2007.
The guys had it installed and running within 30 minutes.
Works great, integrates into car steering wheel and Media center. USB port available for charging while connected on bluetooth.
Phone quality is great through the system, and calls can be received through buttons on Media Center.
Highly recommend, great addition to older cars without all the new technology in new vehicles.

I just got my car kit and installed it and works perfect. But if you have a navsystem in your car there is a smal problem. The nav dvd is in the glovbox and makes it very hard to se the screw there and there are more cables nere the shiftknob. But it still works and im very happy with the kit.

I bought GTA car kit for my Mazda 6 2006. I installed it myself from
youtube video you provided and it works like a charm! So easy and so much
convenience now – even the buttons on steering wheel work to change the
song and volume! This is awesome! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your GTA car kit for my Mazda 6,I am very happy with your product and the installation video was very helpful. The kit works just as the video promised and the sound is fantastic. Thanks for giving me the chance to here my music from my ipod in my new car !

I am an Australian user of this GTA Car Kit. This works perfectly and the video guide although for LHS driven vehicles, is perfect for the RHS driven vehicles. It works perfectly and the sound quality is fantastic. Just ordered the Bluetooth extension for this kit and can’t wait to install it.
Thanks for the fantastic product.

I ordered the Car Kit and Bluetooth extension for my 2006 Mazda 6 (auto) on Tuesday (23 Sep) and had both in my hands on Friday (26 Sep). I installed both upon receipt and it only took 1 hour! I believe it would have been faster if I opted to run the cables into the glove box, however I elected to run both the aux and iPod cables into the armrest instead.
I did not want to knockout the plastic vent area at the bottom of the armrest under the felt padding because I wanted the padding to continue to lay flat. So I drilled a small hole just above that area slightly to the right in order to pull the cables through. In order to ensure that I allowed sufficient slack, I mounted the car kit module near the gear selector (plenty of space in this area). Everything installed and works as stated. The Bluetooth is very nice and the music sounds incredible!! The video was EXTREAMLY HELPFUL!!
Quality products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!!

I completely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a way to keep their stock radio but still have the benefits of iPhone connectivity. The customer service is unmatched. I can not stress that enough. They will go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure that their customers are satisfied. The product works great, and the video does a great job of giving you an overview of just how to install it. I was able to do it within an hours’ time, and I wired it through he glove back for a seamless look.

Installed the kit last night(2007 Mazda6 w/Bose system no nav.), works great. Dropped the 10mm bolt twice reinstalling, that was a pain to find x2. The hardest part of the install was finding the bolt after I dropped it, I ended up jamming a small piece of scrap between the bolt and the socket to get a tight hold. This kept the bolt from falling out of the socket. Will spread the word when I get the chance.

Hi guys!
I just installed my Gta Car Kit inside my 2008 Mazda 6 about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE IT.
Works exactly as advertised and the installation was a piece of cake. This coming from someone who has never done a single mod or installation inside a vehicle before and even I did it following these simple instructions in less than an hour. Other than finding a place to run the wire through? It was completely simple and straight forward if you follow the steps carefully. Put it this way. I didn’t even have the 10 millimeter socket wrench I went to autozone and installed it in front of the store in 40 minutes. Sound quality is great and works fantastic. Definitely reccomend to anyone that doesn’t wanna pay 400 dollars for someone else to do the same job 🙂

so i have a 2008 mazda 6 the stock stereo cd didnt work so i just decided to get this and save me money since replacing the stereo would be costly due to the Bose audio system and finding a face plate which is hard for this model. easy install due to the video used an extension for the bolt. now i can use my ipod and mp3 players. worked on it for about 30mins. thanks again CTA car kits i might buy the blue tooth later on.
Michael Dixon –
I just wanted to say that this device is the real deal. The video is very helpful. I installed this in under one hour. It works great. This is a good alternative to replacing the stock radio in the car which is not easy. The Mazda radio is large and even Crutchfield did not have a good solution. The quality of real itunes music is better than cd. My other mp3’s I have on the device are good too. Also, if you have a 6 disc changer mounted in the front attached inside the radio unit the port in back is indeed empty so theirs plugs right in. Also be prepared for the currency exchange fee since these guys are in Canada. It was 2% for me. Well worth it. Thanks guys!

“GTA Car Kits Crew – I wanted to thank you for a wonderful experience all around with my new Mazda iPod/iPhone car kit.
First of all, thank you for a quick delivery; it only took two days from the time I ordered to the time it showed up in my mailbox (and I placed the order on a weekend).
I don’t consider myself handy with much and removing my own car stereo made me nervous. After visiting countless dealerships, big box stores, and other installers – all of whom quoted me prices ranging from $350-700 for install – I gave your car kit a second look.
The video posted on your site made me believe I had a shot at installing it myself without too many problems, so I decided to order it and give it a try.
I had the kit installed within 45 minutes, and most of that time was spent trying to get my fat hands behind the stereo to get the 10mm screw reinstalled. No screws lost, no clips broken, and the kit works just as advertised!
Thanks again. My commute to work will be much more tolerable from now on.
Cheers.”

“I am writing to you to give you some feedback on the GTA Car Kit that I recently purchased from you for my 2006 Mazda6 MPS (Mazdaspeed in North America I think?)
I would like to tell you how happy I am with the purchase and how it works just as you said it would on your website. I found that watching the installation instructions on YouTube was extremely helpful and gave me confidence to take on a job that I wouldnt have normally attempted.
The kit arrived here in South Australia in approximately 10 days from the date of my order. I was able to follow the YouTube instructions easily and so I installed the kit in approximately an hour and a half (I could have done it quicker as it was very easy). The one thing on the YouTube instructions that was not quite correct is that I did not need to remove the three air-conditioner buttons as they came away with the console, so it was actually easier.
The kit works perfectly and it is great to be able to now listen to all of my music on my iPod in the car and also to use the steering wheel controls. The sound quality is perfect and it all fits neatly in my centre console with no unsightly cables.
I was quoted prices of between $400 to $700 to have a similar product fitted here in Adelaide and the genuine Mazda product doesn’t even charge the iPod I believe!
I cannot recommend your product highly enough and I have already told several of my friends about it.
Thanks again”

“Super easy, works great and sounds amazing!
It was really easy to install on my automatic… Except i accidentally broke the right hinge on my glove box when reinstalling it. MAKE SURE you have it open past the little stopper or it won’t slide back on, instead it will break.. lol my bad…
Anyway, I LOVE THIS THING, makes my car so much better since the radio quality in Tampa sux!”

“Hi There,
I recently purchased a kit for my 2008 mazda 6. We finally installed it today (really pretty easy thanks to the online video). Start to finish 1.5 hours (including a 20 minute trip to the hardware store for an extension to get at the bolt).
Only problem I was having is that when I connect my iPod Nano 5th generation, it is displaying on the iPod screen something like ‘charging is not support while connected to this accessory.’ But then I realized that the iPod was charging only while the car is on.
I love love this! Finally able to listen to any of my 1000 plus songs at any time in my car! I am a huge music lover and finally get to listen to my huge library of music without messing around with stupid cd’s and the sound quality is wonderful, crisp and clear.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for finally putting a product out there that isn’t thru a crappy Fm station… By far best product ever!!!
Thanks”

“I installed it on my mazda 6 2007. Its exactly what I was looking for and the sound is amazing! This video doesn’t show you the climate control nobs, those done come off. unscrew it on the button and the 10mm bolt then push it from the back at the radio and it will pop out.
Thanks GTA CAR KITS!”

“I heard about GTA Car Kits from you tube, i was researching on how to remove my factory stereo and came upon GTA Car Kit. I knew immediately after seeing their video i had to have this product.
I did try a different method for streaming my music from my iphone to my factory stereo but nothing came even close to the clear sound that GTA Car Kit provides. The option to change music from the steering wheel (if equipped) is very AWESOME.
I was amazed on how fast i got my package. I ordered about two days before a holiday so i expected delays. Not the case i received it very, very quick.
The installation was very simple. Watched a you tube video on how to install prior to receiving my package and didn’t need to review it once i did receive my GTA Car Kit. It took me maybe about 15 min in total installation. I did not need to purchase any extra tools just zip ties to secure some cables. ( i like all my cords to be hidden)
I am currently using a iphone 4 with my GTA Car Kit. Love how they clearly showed and explained that it was compatible with all sort of apple devices. i did not use the AUX cable, I ran the ipod cables under the driver side dash and ran it to my cradle holding my phone mounted by the flashers of the vehicle. There was plenty of cable provided with this device. GOTTA LOVE THAT!!!
The best features i love about the GTA Car Kit would have to be that it charges my device @ the same time while playing music. Also I also love how the music continues from where you stopped playing the song for example, Turning off the vehicle, disconnecting the device, etc.
Honestly i do not have any negative response for this product. I did my money worth. I have shown and suggested this product to many friends and two of them have already ordered this product.”

“Google led me to a YouTube ‘how to install’ video about your product. Before that I considered purchasing and having professionally installed the iPod integration kit directly from Mazda.
The shipping was impressive 3 days. The installation was super easy and took less than an hour. No extra tools purchased. The GTA Car Kit installation video was EXTREMELY helpful. It brought added confidence that I could install the kit myself!
I use iPod classic 80GB – Ran the iPod cables down the center console and into the center armrest.
I really like seamless integration to factory audio system and easy install. Plug and play – no worries!
I don’t have any negative comments and I am absolutely thrilled with your product! Keep doing what you’re doing.”

” I found your website through google. I did look at other types of products. I chose GTA Car Kits because the website was a lot more informative than ANY other website.
I ordered on 7/9/11 at 12:30am and received it on 16/9/11 at 10:30am. It took 8 days and 10 hours from ordering online to moment of delivery from GTA Car Kits in Chicago Illinois USA to Brisbane Queensland Australia.
Installation was VERY EASY. For my Mazda 6, it took longer to take it out of the box and reading the instructions than to actually install it. It was as simple as taking out the glove box and and plugging the adapter into the back of the stereo. And running the cable to where i wanted it. No i didn’t have to buy any additional tools. yes the installation video was helpful. It was one of the reasons I purchased this product.
I use iPhone 3GS. (Australian cars are right hand drive) I ran the cables through the back of the stereo, under the steering wheel and up to the right of the steering wheel where my iPhone holder sits.
I would and did recommend GTA Car Kits to my friends.”
