I have a 2004 Toyota sienna and wanted to be able to have Bluetooth for my phone and play my music without using the tape option. So I did a google search and came upon the GTA website. After reading over EVERYTHING and ALL of the reviews I bit the bullet and purchased the Bluetooth kit. I watched the install video before purchasing as well. The kit came in today and I waited until my husband got home from work. I told him I wanted to install the kit by myself but didn’t want to until he got home incase I ran into any trouble. I got all my tools (they tell you all the tools you need in the video) and I had the video playing on my phone and would pause it as I was completing each step. In total it took me about 30-45 minutes. And everything works GREAT! I’m so happy with the system and the how to video provided. And I’m sure if I run into any problems down the road a simple phone call will fix the issue. Thank you again!

Thank you guys for making this video! It explains so much and made it easy to install the Bluetooth kit in our Sienna.
NOTE: If you run the microphone cord right, it will just reach to the center of the windshield. We mounted it behind the digital display with double-sided tape.

“Hooray for GTA car kits!
I’ve been hemming and hawing about getting an after-market kit for my 2005 Toyota Sienna for a couple of years now. I have not been happy with either the FM transmitters with their poor reception, or the tape-deck adapters and their very annoying clackity-clack. However, I was put off by the thought of just hacking away at my dash trying to get the panels off, and of possi…bly having to cut into the wiring harnesses to get plugs to fit, like some kits require. Then I saw the installation video for GTA on YouTube. After reading nothing but good reviews all over the web for GTA, I bit the bullet and on the 14th, bought a kit. I got it today, the 19th, and within an hour I had it completely installed, tested, and put back together! If I’d collected all my tools from upstairs before I went to the garage, it would have taken me much less time, too. 🙂
Ordering was easy, the video of installation on a 2008 Sienna, though not completely correct for the 2005, was easy to follow, and easy to adapt.
I had to unplug my tape deck (black plug in second block), and plug the adapter in there, and I don’t have a disc/aux button, it just says disc. But otherwise, everything works just as described. The adapter box fits perfectly in the small compartment just above the retractable cup/coin holder.
I am a happy, happy customer! Thank you”

“I found about GTA Car Kit through my friend at work. I tried to look for a compatible car stereo that comes with such attachment or plug in. I have FM transmitter but it interferes with other transmitters on the road with other cars and weak. Picked GTA Car kits as it was highly recommended by my friend and I am glad I did. It charges my ipod/phone/ipad on long trips and its so convenient to use with existing car interface.
Installation was VERY EASY for Toyota Sienna! It took less than 30 minutes and most of the time was spent deciding on where to pull cable from (Glove box or HVAC Vent). The video made it so much easier instead of reading instructions. Instructions on the video were clear and precise. Loved it.
I use Ipod and MP3 Player on Blackberry. Ran wires thru Glove compartment. I really like the ability to control ipod through Car controls and able to see the song titles on car stereo.
Overall GTA Car Kit is fantastic and absolutely I would recommend this to friends and family.
Thanks”

“This product worked awesome. Shipping was fast, price is more than fair and end result was excellent. I installed this unit in an 08 Sienna.
My first experience with an ipod and stock system led me to change out my entire stock system to a fairly upscaled after market one in my 05 tacoma. Needless to say about 2k into it later, my end result was the same. Great product, Highly recommened. might put some stereo shops under… LOOKOUT!! ”

“I found GTA Car Kit by searching on google about the sienna aux for my car.
I did compared the price a little and it seemed right. Your install video convince me.
Shipping was fast like it should, my ipod touch wasn’t arrived yet when i received the kit.
Installation took about an hour, very easy with the video hints. It did help a lot.
I’m using Iphone touch 4g. I put everything in the lower/lowest compartment so i can hide it completely when the car is parked.
With GTA Car Kit I have steering wheel stereo commands. So the fact that it uses the ipod as a stock oem cd changer which i can control on the stereing is what i like the most. GTA Car Kit has good value, but I would not have paid more. And yes – i would recommend it to friends.”

“What a great web shopping experience! I bought my kit and quickly received my tracking number. I received it in less than one week and, helped by the YouTube video, I was ready to go after 30 mins! GTA team even took some times to do a quick follow up to see if everything went well… I’m an intensive web shopper and I don’t see that attention very often!
What you see is what you get. Really, I have nothing else to say, it is way to easy!! I’m now controlling my iphone from my Toyota Sienna steering wheel without all these awkward gizmos and it is exactly what I always wanted. The only thing I see as a future enhancement will be to display, if it is doable, the playlist’s name so we won’t need to remember their order!”
