    Wow. This system far exceeded my expectations. Not being a stereo installer, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the installation (anyone can make it look easy on their YouTube instructional video). The installation was very straightforward and gave me confidence in the product as I compared the wires and connections to those from my original Mercedes factory system.

    Once installed, the system boots up flawlessly and allows me to still use the car’s buttons (on the steering wheel and the center console) to control every part of what I want to do (calls, navigation, etc.). I was experiencing a bad echo during calls – the tech support was quick and identified the issue and provided an immediate solution.
